Each pillule contains:

Homeopathic Melatonin 4X.  

No added cane sugar, salt, starch, gluten, yeast, wheat, corn, artificial colours and flavour, preservatives.

Directions:

Adult Dosage: Dissolve one to three tablets three times daily under your tongue half an hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. May be chewed for convenience.
