What Shipping Methods Are Available?
There are two options available depending on your location:
- FREE pick up from Go Vita Burwood store located in Burwood East VIC AUS. This is only applicable if your address is nearby to Burwood East VIC and you can pick it up from the store.
- We ship you anywhere in Australia or worldwide. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and postal code.
We are shipping nationally and internationally using a courier company called Australia Post or Aramex.
PLEASE NOTE that free shipping does not apply to any item weighting 5 kg or more.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Once an order is placed, we will try our best to ship you within 24-48 working hours using Australia Post or Aramex.
Please use https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times to find out the estimated days it may take to get your parcel.
From Australia Post: "If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card."

How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/beta/track/search by entering your tracking reference number. You will receive this tracking number via email from Go Vita Burwood once we have shipped the parcel. If for whatever reason, no tracking is received within 2 days please contact us.
How Do I Place an Order?
Please follow below steps to place an order:
- Search for a product or go to specific menu category to find the product
- Select the size/flavor/color etc. if applicable
- Click "Add to cart" button
- Click on View Cart on the message or icon
- Click on Proceed to Checkout option
- Fill all the required details
- Make the payment using your debit/credit card or paypal account.
- You will receive an order received confirmation email from us.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No, you don't need an account though you need to provide your name, address and contact details so we can ship you the parcel.
Why my order was cancelled ?
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all product listings, descriptions, stock availability, and pricing on our website, errors may occasionally occur.
In the event that a product is unavailable (out of stock) or listed with an incorrect price or information due to typographical, technical, or system errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for such products.
We are under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that is incorrectly priced or unavailable, even after an order confirmation has been issued. If your order is affected, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
