Fenugreek has a tradition of use as a galactagogue and as an expectorant that helps expel mucus from the upper respiratory tract.  It may also promote breast milk production and it has expectorant and soothing properties to help with a cough.

Nature’s Sunshine Fenugreek may be indicated for:
• Fenugreek has galactagogue properties so may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers.
• Temporary relief of coughs due to its expectorant and soothing properties.

No added yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed powder 529mg

Dose

Adults: Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily.
Drink a full glass of purified water with the herbs.

Allow time for the herbs to do their work. Take them every day until bottle is empty before making your judgement.
Start slowly. Some herbs have been known to increase the body's natural process of elimination, so expect to visit the bathroom a little more than usual.
