Rhodiola is known for its ability to significantly reduce fatigue and "burnout" that came from stress and anxiety. It also appears to highly serotonergic (increases serotonin), to reduce corticosteroids, and may improve mood generally. Research is currently being conducted on Rhodiola's ability to improve fatigue tolerance.

How To Use
Add 1/4- 1/2 teaspoons daily. Simply add to hot or cold water and drink. Alternatively add to your smoothie, coffee, hot chocolate, or into soups, savoury and sweet dishes. Suitable for preparing tonic soups.
