HealthWise® L- Theanine is 100% pure pharmaceutical grade amino acid powder and is generally regarded as a superior relaxant due to its calmative properties. Unlike Theanine sourced from green tea, HealthWise® L- Theanine is derived from corn and is not known to cause agitation.
The true scientific name for L-Theanine is gamma-Glutamylmethylamide however it can also be known as N-methyl-L-glutamine or metheanine.

Note: The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, levelled but not compacted
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in a small amount of warm water. Best taken away from meals but may be consumed with tea or coffee to promote a feeling of focused attention and calm alertness.
