Dosage:

Equiv calcium 81.6mg Calcium amino acid chelate: 50mg. Equiv calcium 10mg Magnesium amino acid chelate:50mg. Equiv magnesium 10mg) Cholecalciferol: 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU).
