Directions for Use
Organic Fig & Cacao Energy Bites
Place 1 cup Organic Road Turkish Figs in a medium bowl and cover with hot water, let stand for 5-10 minutes.
In a food processor add 1 cup Natural Road Almond Meal, ¼ cup Organic Road Raw Cacao powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp Organic Road Cinnamon powder and a pinch of Natural Road Himalayan Fine Salt. To this add drained figs and process until crumbly dough forms.
Stir through a few tbsp. of cacao nibs. Roll into balls and store in airtight container in fridge for a couple of weeks. Suitable to freeze.
