ORGANIC ROAD Turkish Apricots 250G

Organic Road plump, juicy Organic Apricots are the perfect complement to any cheese platter. Ideal to add to muesli, granola, cakes, muffins or as a lunchbox snack! No added sugars or preservatives (sulphur free) and are non-GMO. Organic Road Certified Organic Apricots are darker in colour as they have been dried naturally without the use of sulphur dioxide.

Directions:

Organic Apricot & Coconut Bliss Balls
Blitz together in food processor: 1 cup (190 grams) Organic Road Turkish Apricots, 1 cup (90 grams) Organic Road Desiccated Coconut, 1 cup (100 grams) Natural Road Almond Meal, 1 tbsp Organic Road Coconut Oil – melted, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Honey.
Blitz until mixture comes together, add a dash of water if needed.
Shape teaspoonfuls into balls and roll in extra coconut to coat.
Keep refrigerated in an air tight container for seven days. Suitable to freeze.
