How to Use

One of the best and delicious ways is to make porridge for breakfast.
Oats are high in gibre so they fill you up and help you to avoid snacking before lunch!
They can also be used to make muesli, add to muffin, pancake or biscuit & slice mixes, or add to smoothies!

Storage

Store in a dry cool place. For longer life refrigeration storage recommended.
