NutriVital Mega B High Potency contains vitamins B1, B6, B12 with calcium pantothenate and nicotinamide to maintain nervous system function. These ingredients combined with riboflavin (vitamin B2) and biotin also assist the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Directions

Adults: One tablet to be taken daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
