In the Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine Gotu kola is known as a ‘Medhya Rasayana’, a remedy or nourishing substance specific to the brain tissues. Valued as a nerve tonic, it was used for overall brain and nervous system support. It has also traditionally been used for skin conditions.

Nature’s Sunshine Gotu Kola:
• Is used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbal Medicine to support mental acuity.
• May also be used as a tonic to assist during periods of mental fatigue.

No added yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.

Ingredients

Dose

Adults: Take two capsules with a meal twice daily. 
Children aged 6-12 years: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
Drink a full glass of purified water with the herbs.

Allow time for the herbs to do their work. Take them every day until bottle is empty before making your judgement.
Start slowly. Some herbs have been known to increase the body's natural process of elimination, so expect to visit the bathroom a little more than usual.

Cautions

Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation. 
Take two hours away from all prescription medications
