Black Cohosh was traditionally used by the North American Indians to relieve menstrual pain and cramping due to its relaxant and antispasmodic actions.

Nature’s Sunshine Black Cohosh may be indicated for:
• Traditionally used for the relief of menstrual pain and cramping.
• Black cohosh has anti-inflammatory properties and may provide temporary relief of the pain of osteoarthritis.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh) root powder 525mg.

Dose

Adults: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
Drink a full glass of purified water with the herbs.

Allow time for the herbs to do their work. Take them every day until bottle is empty before making your judgement.
Start slowly. Some herbs have been known to increase the body's natural process of elimination, so expect to visit the bathroom a little more than usual.
