Description

Melrose Kiwi Vinegar is made by pressing the whole kiwifruit and uses the coarsely filtered and un-pasteurised juices. These juices are left to turn into cider and then further fermented converting into vinegar. Melrose Kiwi vinegar contains the living ‘mother’ and has cinnamon added.
