Well & Good’s gluten free chocolate mud cake mix is loved by all chocolate lovers. It is gluten free, dairy free and nut free, super easy to make and can easily be transformed into the ultimate gluten free brownies. Being nut free it also makes a perfect treat for school lunchboxes.

• 1 x 450g chocolate cake mix with 75g chocolate frosting mix.


• For a large birthday cake we recommend using 2 – 3 cake mix packs with a larger baking tin.

Our gluten free chocolate cake mix is so easy to make and you can be guaranteed there won’t be any left over! This is truly the chocolate lover’s indulgence, and it’s best served topped with a luxurious chocolate ganache icing and a big dollop of cream.

This makes a great birthday cake for young and old! Having used this cake for many birthday parties we can assure you that no-one will know it’s gluten free. Create one large cake or mini cakes in a muffin tray.

The beauty of this product is that it can be used for more than one purpose so there’s no need to limit yourself to just cake. Why not create a batch of fudge brownies; ideal for kid’s lunches or for a decadent adults treat. A team favourite here at Well and Good is adding a scoop of ice cream between two brownies, yum!

 

Ingredients: Sugar, alkalised cocoa powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, thickeners (non GMO modified tapioca starch, xanthan gum), vegetable emulsifier, iodised salt, raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), natural chocolate flavour.

Choc Frosting: (15.8%) Sugar, maize or tapioca starch, alkalised cocoa powder.
