Natural Road Almond Meal (also known as almond flour) is made from pure Australian ground blanched almonds. Use in baking as a great low carb, gluten-free alternative to standard flours. Use in biscuits, pancakes, muffins, cakes, bliss balls and slices. Also a great alternative for traditional schnitzel crumb.

DIRECTIONS
Almond and herb schnitzel crumb
Simply mix Natural Road Almond Meal with chopped herbs (parsley and/or thyme), finely grated parmesan, lemon zest, garlic, and generous amount salt and pepper. Use as you would a traditional schnitzel crumb and place schnitzels in fridge for 30 minutes before pan frying. Ideal for crumbed fish too.
